We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Specialist / Senior Sales to join our Marketing Agency team.
Job Requirements :
????Target, research, and approach high-tier clients and corporate decision-makers looking for marketing solutions.????Analyze a prospect's business challenges and collaborate with our internal creative/strategic teams to design customized marketing proposals.????Handle the entire sales cycle from initial contact and negotiation to contract signing and final closing.????Ensure a smooth transition of closed deals and client briefs to the account management team.
Qualifications :
▫️Minimum of 10 years of overall sales/business development experience, with at least 4–6 years of solid experience specifically within Marketing, Advertising, or Creative Agencies.▫️Fluent English (both spoken and written) with exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.▫️Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a strong portfolio of high-value deals closed in previous roles.▫️Deep understanding of digital marketing services, retainers, campaign structures, and industry metrics (ROI, ROAS, Branding).▫️Exceptional negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence , executive presence, and a self-motivated, target-driven mindset.
