We are looking for a professional who combines strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and leadership capabilities. Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering (Mandatory) • 7–10 years of experience • Strong experience in site management and fit-out projects • Excellent knowledge of Auto CAD and construction drawings • Ability to review drawings, quantities, BOQs, and technical office deliverables • Capable of handling site issues independently and providing practical solutions • Strong negotiation and communication skills with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams • Highly organized with strong administrative and follow-up skills • Presentable and confident in client meetings • Ambitious and looking for long-term professional growth • High level of integrity, ownership, and commitment Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in New Cairo or East Cairo districts.
