Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across different industries and functions.
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases, and direct outreach methods.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Recruit for positions ranging from entry-level and operational roles to senior leadership and executive-level positions.
  • Prepare candidate shortlists, interview summaries, and hiring recommendations.
  • Negotiate offers, compensation packages, and employment terms with candidates when needed.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Meet recruitment KPIs related to time-to-fill, candidate quality, client satisfaction, and placement targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  • Support employer branding and business development initiatives when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within a staffing, agency, or outsourcing environment.
  • Experience recruiting in North America is a huge plus.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels, including leadership or executive roles, is highly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and online sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
