Qualifications and experience<\/h4>\n

You need:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• A bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related discipline, with graduation in 2025 or 2026.<\/li>\n
• 0\u20133 years of professional experience in a technical or techno-functional role, ideally within pharmaceutical manufacturing, data analytics, or consulting.<\/li>\n
• A strong academic record.<\/li>\n
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.<\/li>\n
• A demonstrated strong interest in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, ideally with relevant coursework, projects, or internships in pharmaceutical manufacturing or operations.<\/li>\n
• An eagerness to learn about pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), information systems, and data analytics in an operational context.<\/li>\n
• Being passionate about the latest technology trends and developments in pharmaceutical manufacturing.<\/li>\n
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n
