Egybell is hiring a Business Development Manager (Retail/Shopfitting experience) for a reputable company.
Responsibilities:• Key Account Management:o Independently manage, support, and further develop key retail accounts.o Build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.• Lead Generation & Business Development:o Proactively source, research, and qualify new leads in the retail sector.o Approach potential clients through various channels and converting leads to tangible business opportunities.• Market Share Growth & Penetration:o Contribute to increasing the company’s market share and maintaining its leadership position through targeted market penetration strategies.o Identify new projects that support business expansion.• New Customer & Project Acquisition (MENA):o Take responsibility for acquiring and developing new customers and projects in the MENA region.o Develop tailored sales strategies and value propositions for each market and customer profile.• Retail Sector Expansion:o Actively acquire new customers and project specifically in the retail environment (e.g., shopfitting, store concepts, interior solutions).o Understand retail client needs and translate them into suitable product and service offerings.• Regional Customer Support:o Support and further develop existing regional retail customers with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.• Market & Competitor Analysis:o Continuously monitor market developments, trends, and customer needs in the retail and interior sectors.• Portfolio & Territory Management:o Actively manage the product and service portfolio within MENA region to ensure optimal market coverage.o Recommend adjustments to the offer based on customer feedback, competition, and market dynamics.• Collaboration with Global Sales (HQ):o Work closely with the global sales team at headquarters to align regional strategies with global objectives.• Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting:o Actively participate in the annual budgeting process and take responsibility for achieving agreed sales targets.• Reseller Management:o Manage, support, and develop resellers within MENA region.o Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear targets, and provide ongoing guidance and training.o Ensure brand presence and sales activities are consistent with company standards.• Sales Pipeline Management:o Maintain, update, and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure transparency of all ongoing opportunities.o Prioritize opportunities according to strategic relevance and probability of closure.• Additional Responsibilities:o Perform any additional tasks related to managing sales activities as assigned by management.o Act as an ambassador of the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings as required
• Requirements:o Bachelor’s degree in business related field.o Minimum of 5 -10 years of relevant sales experience within the GCC region.o Proven experience in the retail industry, ideally with established contacts and deep market understanding.o Fluency in English (spoken and written)o A consistent, stable track record in sales, ideally in shopfitting, interior solutions, or product-related sales.o Advanced user of MS Office, particularly Outlook, Power Point, and Excel.
