Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as an Academic Supervisor
✅ CELTA or DELTA certified
✅ Strong knowledge of English language teaching methodologies
✅ Excellent leadership, coaching, and classroom observation skills
✅ Ability to evaluate instructors' performance and provide constructive feedback
✅ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

???? Supervise and support English instructors to ensure high teaching standards
???? Conduct classroom observations and performance evaluations
???? Provide coaching, training, and professional development for instructors
???? Assess and evaluate teaching demonstrations (demos) for instructor candidates during the recruitment process
???? Participate in the selection and onboarding of new instructors
???? Ensure curriculum implementation and academic quality compliance
???? Monitor students' progress and learning outcomes
???? Collaborate with branch management to achieve academic goals
