Automation Manager

Job Description:

As an Automation Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing automation solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and performance. You will lead a team of engineers, oversee system design and implementation, and ensure successful project execution for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the automation engineering team.

Design, develop, and implement automation and control systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI).

Review and approve electrical and control system drawings and documentation.

Manage multiple automation projects from concept to commissioning.

Collaborate with clients to define requirements and provide technical solutions.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for system components and technologies.

Ensure projects comply with safety standards and client specifications.

Promote continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics.

7+ years of experience in industrial automation (at least 3 years in a leadership role).

Strong experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA systems (Siemens preferred.).

Good knowledge of industrial communication protocols

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
