Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities- Host live streaming sessions.
- Engage audiences to boost interaction, retention.
- Collaborate with the team to plan themes, promotions, and creative content.
- Attend daily training to improve streaming techniques, audience engagement, and content quality.
- Maintain a professional, energetic, and attractive on-camera presence.
Working Hours- 6 days/week, 6–8 hours/day (streaming + training).
Salary Structure- Base salary plus live streaming commission (based on performance metrics).
