  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for all equipment and facilities.
  • Supervise corrective maintenance activities and ensure prompt resolution of equipment breakdowns.
  • Establish and maintain maintenance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Lead, manage, and evaluate the maintenance team to ensure high performance.
  • Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure their effective execution.
  • Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget and control maintenance expenses.
  • Ensure the availability of spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and external contractors regarding maintenance services and agreements.
  • Prepare periodic reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize equipment downtime and ensure operational continuity.
  • Supervise the installation, commissioning, and startup of new machinery and equipment.
  • Implement and utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to improve maintenance efficiency.
  • Monitor equipment performance and recommend actions to improve reliability and productivity.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities and records.
