A leading international company in the cement industry is seeking an experienced Mechanical Section Head to join its maintenance team. Key Responsibilities include:

• Promote and enforce safe work practices, ensuring that all mechanical employees and contractors fully comply with safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and company HSE standards.
• Ensure compliance with all mechanical maintenance procedures, evaluate their effectiveness, and recommend improvements to enhance maintenance performance and reliability.
• Supervise and evaluate the work performed by maintenance teams and contractors, providing the necessary technical and operational support to ensure efficient and timely execution.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained in good operating condition to meet operational and reliability requirements.
• Ensure the completion of mechanical maintenance activities with the highest standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness to maximize equipment availability and minimize downtime.
