We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented GL Section Head to join our Finance team at NILEWOOD, one of Egypt's leading MDF manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all general ledger operations and month-end closing cycles.
- Prepare and review consolidation reports across entities.
- Ensure full compliance with local taxation requirements (VAT, withholding tax, and other statutory obligations).
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls and GL accuracy.
- Lead and develop the GL team to meet reporting deadlines.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure accuracy across accounts.
- Support external and internal audit requirements.
- Work closely with Oracle Fusion ERP for all GL-related transactions and reporting
