Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project. Monitor project progress against approved baselines and contractual milestones. Analyze schedule and cost variances and recommend corrective actions. Prepare project performance reports and management dashboards. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure project alignment. Identify project risks, delays, and potential impacts on schedule and cost. Support project forecasting, budgeting, and cost control activities. Ensure accurate project reporting and compliance with project control procedures.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is a must.5–7 years of experience in Project Controls. Strong expertise in Cost Control, Cost Management, Budgeting, and Project Monitoring. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project. Experience in EPC and Engineering projects (Oil & Gas experience is a plus). Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
