Havana Textile is a leading fabric importer and wholesale distributor based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We are currently running an active Odoo v18 implementation and are looking for a hands-on Senior Odoo Implementer to lead it end-to-end. This is not a functional consultant role. We need someone who configures, implements, and delivers — not just advises.
What You'll Own Lead full implementation of Odoo v18 across: Accounting (multi-branch), Inventory & Warehouse, Sales, Purchase & Procurement, CRM, and Reporting & Dashboards Configure multi-branch and multi-warehouse structures aligned with our operational model Ensure full ZATCA / Saudi e-invoicing compliance within the Accounting module Execute data migration from legacy systems to Odoo v18Train end-users and provide post-go-live support Coordinate directly with department heads to map and optimize business processes
What We Require4+ years of hands-on Odoo implementation experience Odoo v18 hands-on experience — mandatory Minimum 2 completed end-to-end implementations in trading, distribution, or manufacturing Deep expertise in: Accounting, Inventory, Sales, and Purchase modules Experience with multi-branch and multi-warehouse configuration Solid accounting background — you must understand the numbers, not just the system Proven experience with ZATCA / Saudi e-invoicing compliance Experience in data migration across Odoo versions
Nice to Have Odoo Certification Experience at an Odoo Partner company Exposure to textile or fabric industry
