What will you do?

·        Handle all Software for all our POSs products to ensure that machine problem had been solved.

·        Test the device very well and ensure that problem had been done with high quality before delivery to keep in our maintenance image in market

·        Handle all under maintenance cases within SLA to get customer satisfaction about maintenance time

·        Availability of spare parts needed for quick maintenance and the availability of necessary accessories that are required by customer to ensure that the problem is resolved quickly in the shortest possible time

·        Record all maintenance actions into maintenance system (Remedy) to get accumulated register for all maintenance actions

·        Provide periodic reports for direct manager for maintenance achievement

·        Building good contact with customers to build a strong database that helps us reach the merchant as soon as possible

·        Handles all Level 2 repair activities for payment terminals and related devices, including assembly and disassembly processes, to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and optimal device performance.

·        Reviews and validates merchant data in the Remedy system, including serial numbers, terminal information, and related records, to ensure data accuracy and support efficient operational and maintenance activities
