Job Title: Senior Procurement Specialist. Reporting to: Head of Procurement. Job Profile: A results-driven Senior Procurement Specialist responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, optimizing purchasing processes, and ensuring cost-effective sourcing. The role requires strong negotiation skills, supplier management, and the ability to support operational needs efficiently. Responsibilities: Handle the full procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms. Issue purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal departments for purchasing needs. Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery. Resolve any procurement-related issues with suppliers. Analyze market trends to achieve cost savings. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing. Proven experience in supplier negotiation and vendor management. Good understanding of procurement processes and best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Strong organizational and time management skills.
