  • Submit reports analyzing all Raw material costs.
  • Review production batches and inventory transactions along with closing reports from operations teams.
  • Collect and analyze all information necessary to determine the cost of all the company's products.
  • Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare costing reports.
  • Compare planned costs to actual production costs and report all variances.
  • Maintain Fixed assets report and depreciation analysis.
  • Monitor the cycle count process.
  • Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs
  • Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc
  • Support management to make important decisions based on costs and benefits (e.g. market growth, pricing changes…)
  • Create and manage budgets, and monitor spending
  • Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs
  • Estimate product costs for existing and new products
  • Forecast and analyze costs of processes, labor, and inventory
  • Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions
