  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across all warehouses and storage locations.
  • Perform regular stock reconciliations and investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Analyze inventory movements, stock variances, and inventory valuation reports.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory control policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Support month-end and year-end inventory closing activities.
  • Conduct cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits.
  • Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare inventory and stock control reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, OCC, and Warehouse teams to ensure inventory optimization and cost efficiency.
  • Support cost analysis activities related to inventory management and manufacturing operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
