Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Analysis: Thoroughly review and analyze Tender Documents, specifications, BOQs, and drawings for upcoming projects.
- Cost Estimation: Develop comprehensive and detailed cost estimations (Direct & Indirect costs) for civil, architectural, and luxury finishing works.
- Sourcing & Supplier Review: Request, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bidding.
- Proposal Compilation: Prepare and assemble technical and financial bid proposals, collaborating closely with the tendering team before final submission.
- Value Engineering: Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions without compromising project quality.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members, the Technical Office, and Procurement to ensure alignment and accuracy in all estimates.
