Its curriculum is centered on real-world communicative goals, helping learners gain confidence in everyday interactions. 4Level1 delivers both online and face-to-face classes, serving students across the Middle East remotely and offering in-person courses in Riyadh. Role Description The Office Administrator at 4Level1 will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing records and documentation. This role will support staff and instructors by coordinating classroom resources, managing office supplies, and ensuring office equipment is functioning and properly maintained. The Office Administrator will greet and assist visitors, respond to inquiries from students and partners, and provide professional customer service. The role also includes preparing basic reports, assisting with data entry, and coordinating internal communication to keep the team informed. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. Qualifications Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing files, managing calendars, and supporting daily operations. Ability to operate and oversee Office Equipment, such as printers, scanners, and telecommunication systems. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, students, and external partners. Proven Customer Service experience, demonstrating a professional, responsive, and solution-oriented approach. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic data entry skills. Strong attention to detail, time-management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to work on-site in Giza and collaborate in a multicultural, education-focused environment. Previous experience in an educational or training organization is an advantage; post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
