At Andalusia Ventures, we’re on a mission to build high-impact startups and scale innovative ventures across the region. To support our growth, we’re looking for a Senior Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to drive people strategy, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
About the Role As a Senior OD Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our organizational structure, enhancing employee experience, and enabling leadership effectiveness. You’ll partner closely with leadership and HR to design and implement initiatives that foster a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and restructuring initiatives Develop and implement OD strategies aligned with business goals Drive performance management frameworks and talent development programs Enhance employee engagement, culture, and change management initiatives Support leadership development and succession planning Utilize data insights to improve organizational effectiveness What We’re Looking For Experience in Organizational Development or HR strategy Strong background in organizational design, L&D, and change management Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus
