Role Description This is a full-time on-site Property Consultant role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, understanding their real estate needs, and guiding them through the buying, selling, and leasing process. Daily tasks will include property viewings, market research, negotiation, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success in real estate transactions.
Qualifications Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise with a deep understanding of market trends and property valuation Excellent Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients A proven background in Sales with the ability to identify opportunities and drive successful deals Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
