Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent position located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for identifying and meeting with clients to discuss their property needs, guiding them through the buying, selling, or leasing process. Other responsibilities include property showings, negotiating contracts, maintaining market knowledge, and building long-term client relationships. The role will require the agent to collaborate closely with the RED team and partner developers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of real estate practices Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills Experience in Real Estate sales, Real Property law, and transaction processes Strong organizational and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment Proficiency in local market trends and property assessment Established network and knowledge of the New Cairo real estate landscape is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
