  • Lead end-to-end HCM track delivery within ERP implementation
  • Define track strategy, scope, timeline, and deliverables
  • Manage HCM consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams- Ensure alignment with overall digital transformation roadmap
  • Oversee HCM design, configuration, and deployment activities
  • Validate business requirements across HR functions (recruitment, payroll, employee lifecycle)
  • Approve system configurations and solution design- Ensure data migration and data integrity
  • Lead CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles for HCM modules
  • Ensure defects are tracked and resolved- Sign-off on system readiness and quality deliverables
  • Act as primary point of contact for HR leadership
  • Coordinate with vendors, Oracle partners, and IT teams- Report track progress, risks, and issues to program governance
