✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Record financial transactions in the accounting system to maintain accurate financial data.

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions to ensure timely payments and collections.

- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.

- Prepare and post journal entries to support financial reporting accuracy.

- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely reporting.

- Maintain organized financial documentation to support audits and compliance requirements.

- Assist in preparing financial reports to provide insights for management decision-making.

- Support audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations.

Skills

? Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- 0–2 years of accounting experience.

- Experience with accounting systems or ERP software is a plus.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

- CPA, ACCA, or CMA (in progress or completed) is a plus.
