Connect to your opportunity Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical solutions across Financials, Procurement, Projects, HCM, and related enterprise modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Oracle best practices. You'll lead the design of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), making decisions about error handling, retry logic, and performance underload. You'll be accountable for solution quality. That means reviewing SQL and PL/SQL for performance and correctness, validating BI reports for accuracy and usefulness, and signing off on technical designs before they move to build. When complex issues arise, you'll investigate root causes and decide the fix. You'll gather requirements directly from client stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical specifications. You'll spot risks early in the lifecycle and raise them with mitigation options before they become blockers. When pressure builds, you'll stay composed, guide your team through crucial situations, and keep delivery on track. You'll mentor consultants through technical challenges, delegate work based on strengths and development needs, and provide structured feedback that helps them grow. You'll create and own deliverable technical documents architecture designs, integration specifications, and operational runbooks that stand up to client and internal review. Beyond delivery, you'll contribute to our practice. That means identifying reusable patterns, improving our tools and accelerators, and bringing technical insight to proposals and solution shaping.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essentials:

Experience in Agile delivery models and large-scale Oracle ERP transformation programs with proven experience designing and delivering solutions across the Oracle stack.

Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills, with demonstrated ability to optimize complex queries, build BI reports, OTBI Dashboards, and design efficient data models

Deep expertise in REST and SOAP integration patterns, including security, error handling, and performance tuning in enterprise environments

Track record of end-to-end delivery ownership: from requirement gathering and stakeholder alignment through design, build, testing, deployment, and handover

Demonstrated ability to recognize risks early, handle crucial situations under pressure, and guide teams to successful outcomes

Experience creating deliverable technical documents and leading technical conversations with clients

Desirables:

Exposure to Oracle AI Agent Studio, with experience designing solutions that are maintainable and measurable

Exposure to Oracle SaaS applications, with HCM-related technical skills such as HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, or Fast Formula considered a plus

Experience building FDI Dashboards is a plus

Experience contributing to proposals, estimations, or business development activities
