Job Description

We are looking for a driven and technically capable Sales Engineer to join the ECO-IS commercial team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized ELV and smart systems solutions to developers, contractors, and facility owners across Egypt.

Responsibilities

▸  Identify and develop new business opportunities across real estate, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and government sectors

▸  Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand technical requirements and propose ELV solutions

▸  Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals (BOQs, technical submittals, pricing)

▸  Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals

▸  Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline — from first contact to signed contract

▸  Maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and main contractors

▸  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

▸  Report pipeline status and forecasts to the Managing Director

▸  Coordinate with Technical Office and Project teams after contract award

Requirements

▸  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or related field

▸  3 to 6 years of proven experience in technical sales — ELV, security systems, smart buildings, or MEP

▸  Strong knowledge of ELV systems: Fire Alarm, CCTV, ACS, ICT, BMS, BGM, or similar

▸  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English

▸  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

▸  Ability to prepare technical proposals and BOQs

▸  Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

▸  Valid Egyptian driving license — willingness to travel across Egypt (Cairo, Alexandria, Upper Egypt)

Preferred Qualifications

▸  Existing network with Egyptian real estate developers, consultants, or MEP contractors

▸  Hands-on experience with: Honeywell, Notifier, Bosch, Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, KNX, BACnet systems

▸  Familiarity with NFPA, IEC, BS, TIA, ISO standards

▸  Previous experience at a system integrator or ELV contractor company
