Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Ticketing Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves handling reservations, managing booking processes, and providing excellent customer service to clients. Additional responsibilities include responding to inquiries, coordinating with customers to confirm requirements, and assisting in resolving any booking-related issues. Supporting sales initiatives related to ticketing and travel services will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills and a customer-centric approach Expertise in Reservations and booking systems Experience in Customer Service with a focus on client satisfaction Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry practices Sales skills, including upselling and relationship building Proficiency in using relevant software and tools is an advantage Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field is a plus
