The company focuses on providing a secure, comfortable, and luxurious environment for ladies to achieve their fitness goals through specialized training, high-end equipment, and wellness services. Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. Handle recruitment activities for both blue-collar and whitecollar roles. Requirements:2–4 years of experience in Recruitment. Proven experience hiring both blue-collar and whitecollar employees. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
