Role Description

The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Jizah, Egypt. This position involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff hiring and training, maintaining food and beverage quality, and fostering a strong team environment. Additional responsibilities include handling customer service concerns, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications

Strong background in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests. Proven ability in Hiring and training staff to maintain a skilled and cohesive team. Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with staff and addressing customer needs effectively. Experience in the Food & Beverage industry with a thorough understanding of operations, standards, and trends. Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide employees effectively. Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the restaurant industry. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role is highly preferred. Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
