Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Art Director located in Qesm El Maadi. The Art Director will oversee creative projects, lead the development of brand identities, and ensure visual consistency across all creative outputs. Responsibilities include developing and executing creative strategies, managing art direction, collaborating with design teams, and supervising the creation of high-quality graphic materials. The Art Director will also ensure that all creative outputs align with the brand's objectives and resonate with the target audience.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Creative Direction and Art Direction to guide teams and enhance the visual narrative of projects Strong skills in Branding to develop and maintain consistent brand identities across various platforms Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design with experience in tools like Adobe Creative Suite or similar software Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative agency or in-house marketing team A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in managing projects from concept to completion under timelines and budget constraints

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Copywriters, the marketing team, and account managers to ensure visual execution perfectly aligns with the core messaging and strategy. Brand Guardianship: Ensure all creative deliverables adhere to clients' brand guidelines while achieving their marketing objectives. Project Management: Oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet supreme quality standards and strict deadlines.
