Job Details

Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction. Excellent Communication abilities, with clear, concise writing skills for chat and email interactions. Ability to perform basic Troubleshooting, identify root causes, and provide step-by-step guidance to customers. Previous experience in a contact center, BPO, or similar customer support environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously. Fluency in English
