We specialize in luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments, delivering high-end design solutions from concept creation through project execution. We are looking for a highly talented Interior Designer / Architectural Visualizer with exceptional design and rendering skills to join our Alexandria office. What We Are Looking For We are seeking a designer with a strong architectural background and an outstanding eye for aesthetics, materials, lighting, composition, and storytelling through visualization. This position is intended for candidates capable of producing world-class architectural and interior renderings that meet international luxury design standards. Key Responsibilities• Develop architectural and interior design concepts.• Produce high-quality photorealistic interior and exterior renderings.• Create mood boards, material boards, and client presentation packages.• Participate in concept development and design refinement.• Develop 3D models and visualizations for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.• Assist in preparing design presentations and project documentation.• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams throughout all design stages. Required Software Skills• 3ds Max (Advanced)• Corona Renderer (Advanced)• V-Ray• Auto CAD• Sketch Up• Adobe Photoshop• Revit (Preferred)• AI Visualization Tools (Preferred) Mandatory Portfolio Requirements Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating:• High-end residential interiors• Luxury villa projects• Hospitality projects• Photorealistic interior renderings• Photorealistic exterior renderings• Strong post-production and presentation skills• Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, furniture styling, and composition Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
