Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, conducting market research, and managing property listings. Responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, facilitating property transactions, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, staying updated with market trends, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the real estate process.
Qualifications Possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate practices and regulations Proven experience in Sales and Real Property transactions Strong Customer Service and negotiation skills Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills Ability to work on-site in Cairo with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Proficiency in market research and property valuation is a plus Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is beneficial Familiarity with local real estate trends and neighborhoods in Cairo is preferred
