Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics, hands-on experience with modern design tools, and a solid understanding of user-centered design principles. Experience in web design and responsive interfaces is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Translate complex workflows into clean, user-friendly interfaces.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design and prototyping tools.
- Knowledge or experience with design collaboration tools like Miro, or similar.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills, interaction design, and problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with user research, persona development, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and ability to collaborate effectively with frontend developers.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience designing for web platforms (e.g., dashboards, portals, CMS).
- Familiarity with design systems (e.g., Material Design, Fluent UI).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
- Exposure to motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools (e.g., Lottie, After Effects).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
