Roles & Responsibilities

As the Fleet Quality Sr. Manager, you will collaborate with managers and stakeholders to enhance how Bosta applies its houserules. This role requires a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and proactive problem solver who collaborates cross-functionally to develop and execute initiatives that elevate Stars quality and performance. 

Job Responisbilities :

  • Develop Bosta houserules and look into how they re being applied.
  • Develop a strategy to tackle fake attempts that a Star would do.
  • Analyze Stars behaviours and reactions and develop the correct tools and methedologies for elevating the overall fleet quality.
  • You ll manage a big team of coordinators who work on these rules on daily basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and streamline stars touchpoints, ensuring efficient policies.
  • Utilize star insights to drive product and service enhancements.
  • Be an advocate and voice for the star within the organization.
  • Build and manage relationships with stars.
  • Provide high-level analysis and reporting.
  • Report and analyze project results, taking corrective actions when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strategic thinking and Team player.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Identify data discrepancies and issues.
  • Able to swiftly escalate identified concerns to the relevant teams and channels.
