As the Fleet Quality Sr. Manager, you will collaborate with managers and stakeholders to enhance how Bosta applies its houserules. This role requires a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and proactive problem solver who collaborates cross-functionally to develop and execute initiatives that elevate Stars quality and performance.
Job Responisbilities :
- Develop Bosta houserules and look into how they re being applied.
- Develop a strategy to tackle fake attempts that a Star would do.
- Analyze Stars behaviours and reactions and develop the correct tools and methedologies for elevating the overall fleet quality.
- You ll manage a big team of coordinators who work on these rules on daily basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and streamline stars touchpoints, ensuring efficient policies.
- Utilize star insights to drive product and service enhancements.
- Be an advocate and voice for the star within the organization.
- Build and manage relationships with stars.
- Provide high-level analysis and reporting.
- Report and analyze project results, taking corrective actions when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strategic thinking and Team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Identify data discrepancies and issues.
- Able to swiftly escalate identified concerns to the relevant teams and channels.
