Technical Office & Site Engineer

Job Summary :
We are looking for a Technical Office Engineer who will also act as a Site Engineer, responsible for preparing technical documents, coordinating drawings and quantities, and supervising site execution to ensure work is delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.


Key Responsibilities :
Technical Office Responsibilities
Prepare and review shop drawings in coordination with design teams and site requirements.
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost breakdowns.
Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare technical submittals and material approvals.
Coordinate with consultants and clients to address technical comments and revisions.
Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
Support project planning, scheduling, and progress reports.
Site Engineer Responsibilities
Supervise site execution according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timeline.
Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and suppliers on site.
Ensure work quality complies with technical standards and safety regulations.
Monitor site progress and report any delays or issues to project management.
Conduct site inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented when needed.
Ensure materials used on site match approved samples and specifications.
Assist in handing over completed works to the client/consultant.

Qualifications & Requirements : 
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Architecture or related field).
Minimum [2] years of experience in Technical Office and Site Engineering.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and execution methods.
Proficiency in AutoCAD & 3D MAX.
Good understanding of BOQs and quantity surveying.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
