Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Alexandria for a Sales Engineer specializing in Fire Alarm systems. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, providing technical support, preparing proposals, and developing strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the technical team, creating sales strategies, and delivering effective customer service to ensure client satisfaction and the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of fire alarm systems Experience in Sales and Customer Service with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Technical Support skills to assist in providing accurate solutions for client requirements Excellent Communication skills for presentations, proposals, and team collaborations Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with MEP works and fire safety industry standards is a plus Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in engineering and sales processes
