Role Summary: This role is the “Nerve Center” who creates a "wrapper layer" across individual projects to coordinate shared resources, manage dependencies, and ensure all initiatives collectively support the goals.
Key Responsibilities:Manage dependencies among related projects across different subsidiaries. Translate high-level strategy into tactical project milestones and budgets. Remove systemic blockers that hinder project managers at the subsidiary level. Lead the project lifecycle from ideation through to deployment and monitoring. Acts as a consolidation layer for all projects and tracks and aligning with all parties to guarantee successful achievement of the Program / Projects metrics. Facilitate clear communication flow between different types of stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive program documentation and risk registers. Required Skills:10+ Years of Experience (preferred in Matrix Organization with experience in dealing with Government Customers and Complex structured organizations) Senior-level project/program management experience in digital transformation who has managed interconnected projects in a matrix organization. Fluency in AI capabilities and limitations to facilitate trade-off conversations. Advanced risk management and cross-functional team leadership.
