About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Strategy Manager to support the development and execution of the company's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive business growth, improve organizational performance, identify new opportunities, and ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the company's strategic plans and objectives. Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, and business intelligence studies. Identify growth opportunities, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives. Lead strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and investment analyses for new opportunities. Monitor strategic performance indicators and prepare executive reports and presentations. Collaborate with department heads to align operational activities with corporate strategy. Facilitate strategic planning workshops and management review sessions. Assess organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks to support decision-making. Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and expansion initiatives when required. Drive continuous improvement and organizational transformation programs. Prepare reports and recommendations for executive management and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, management consulting, business transformation, or related fields. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in strategic planning, business performance management, and organizational development. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point. Ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
