Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Real Estate Consultant located in New Cairo. The role involves working closely with clients to identify their property needs, negotiating deals for sales or lease of real estate, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and advising clients on market trends and investment potential. The consultant will also deliver training sessions to clients or team members on real estate best practices and market dynamics.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales 2 years minimum Experience in Sales in: New Capital - New Cairo - Sherouk City Proven skills in Negotiation and the ability to close deals effectively Experience in providing Training or mentoring related to real estate or sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic investment advice Knowledge of the real estate market in Cairo or similar regions Proficiency in English and Arabic is a strong asset Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
Working Conditions:Location is New Cairo Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PMNegotiable Salary based on the experience Social Insurance
