About the Role

We are a fast-growing E-Commerce company seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital marketing strategy, drive online growth, and maximize customer acquisition and retention across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage all digital marketing channels, including:
- SEO & SEM
- Social Media Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Influencer Marketing
- Affiliate Marketing
- Display Advertising
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other platforms.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI across campaigns.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with sales, product, design, and development teams to improve customer experience and business performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team.
- Implement marketing automation and CRM strategies to improve customer retention and lifetime value.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in E-Commerce marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated success in scaling online sales and managing high-budget campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
