Recruitment Manager Opportunity | Alexandria A leading company in the Restaurants & Cafés industry is seeking to hire an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to join its team in Alexandria.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding. Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team. Build and maintain talent pipelines for operational and managerial positions. Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare regular performance reports. Partner with department managers to identify workforce needs and hiring plans. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Minimum 6 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Previous experience managing recruitment teams. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Restaurants, Cafés, Hospitality, or a related industry is a plus.
