Role Description We are looking for a Medical Quality Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of medical services and patient interactions while ensuring compliance with company standards and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications Monitor and evaluate medical calls, patient interactions, and documentation to ensure service quality and compliance with medical guidelines and company standards. Handle and follow up on patient complaints to ensure timely resolution. Conduct regular visits to clinic branches to evaluate compliance with quality standards. Identify quality issues, provide recommendations for improvement, and support initiatives that enhance patient experience and operational performance. Prepare quality reports, maintain accurate records, and participate in audits and quality assurance activities. Collaborate with medical and operational teams to ensure continuous quality improvement and adherence to healthcare standards.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a medical-related field, preferably Pharmacy. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good command of English and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work effectively within a team.
