As FF&E Design Manager, you will lead and mentor the FF&E team while actively contributing to project development from concept through delivery. You will collaborate closely with Interior Designers, 3D Visualizers, Project Leaders, and external consultants to ensure the highest standards of design excellence are maintained across all projects. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the FF&E team. Drive FF&E design concepts, material selections, specifications, and presentations. Work hands-on alongside designers and 3D visualizers to develop and refine project concepts. Review and approve FF&E packages, material palettes, and design deliverables. Ensure projects align with design intent, brand standards, budgets, and operational requirements. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, procurement teams, and project stakeholders. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional design quality. Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and project meetings.
Requirements Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.6+ years of experience in luxury hospitality interior design and FF&E. Proven experience leading FF&E teams within a design consultancy or hospitality-focused studio. Strong knowledge of furniture, decorative lighting, materials, finishes, textiles, and custom manufacturing. Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills. Strong proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Auto CAD, AI and Microsoft Office. Experience working on international hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, branded residences, and F&B venues.
