Roles & Responsibilities
Role Purpose
The UI/UX Designer is responsible for researching, designing, and optimizing intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise applications. The role ensures that products and solutions are user-centered, accessible, and aligned with business objectives, technical constraints, and brand standards.
The UI/UX Designer collaborates with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Front-End Developers, Full Stack Developers, CRM Consultants, and stakeholders to transform requirements into engaging and effective user experiences.
Key Accountabilities
User Experience Design
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Develop personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and information architecture.
- Translate business and user requirements into intuitive workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve usability and adoption.
User Interface Design
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Define design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
- Ensure consistency with corporate branding and design standards.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Support sprint planning and backlog refinement.
- Participate in design reviews and user acceptance activities.
- Provide design assets and specifications.
Core Competencies
- 3 6 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design work.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
- Strong visual design and interaction design skills.
- Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Excellent command of English.
Must have technical/professional skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
