We are currently looking for a CAFM ( Computer-Aided Facility Management ) Specialist with UAE Experience to join our hospital.
Requirements :
- Strong technical proficiency in CAFM/IWMS software systems.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
- Project management and systems integration capabilities.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
- Effective communication and cross-departmental coordination abilities.
- 3–5 years of experience in asset/property control or similar role .
- UAE Experience in healthcare or large organizations is an advantage.
