Raya Smart Buildings: one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring Community Manager for Edge Innovation Centers in West Cairo ( Sheikh-Zayed) with the following requirements

Job Purpose

The Community Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, customer experience, and commercial performance of the assigned Edge Innovation Center location. The role ensures smooth branch operations, high member satisfaction, workspace readiness, and achievement of occupancy and revenue targets while creating a professional and engaging community environment. The position acts as the main point of contact for members, visitors, and partners and plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and a positive customer journey.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Manage the daily operations of the assigned Edge Innovation Center branch and ensure smooth service delivery.
  2. Ensure the workspace is fully operational, clean, safe, and aligned with company standards at all times.
  3. Handle member onboarding, inquiries, complaints, and escalation management professionally and promptly.
  4. Support occupancy growth by conducting center tours, following up on leads, and supporting membership sales activities.
  5. Coordinate meeting room bookings, event space usage, and member requests efficiently.
  6. Monitor branch KPIs including occupancy, customer satisfaction, utilization, and operational compliance.
  7. Supervise reception, housekeeping, and on-site support staff to ensure high service standards.
  8. Build a strong community culture by organizing engagement activities, networking opportunities, and member communications.
  9. Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Facilities, IT, Finance, HR) to resolve operational issues and ensure business continuity.
  10. Prepare operational reports, branch updates, incident reports, and monthly performance summaries for the Operations Manager.
