The Senior General Accountant will oversee and execute the full spectrum of accounting activities for the farm's operations, ensuring accurate financial records, efficient AP/AR processes, and full compliance with Egyptian tax and financial regulations. This role will support day-to-day financial transactions, monitor cost structures related to agricultural production, and provide timely financial insights to management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• 4+ years of accounting experience, including AR/AP & taxation
• Prior experience in the farming, agriculture, or food production sector is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax laws & accounting standards
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good level of English
