Roles & Responsibilities
- Performance Reporting & Storytelling
Lead the preparation of monthly performance presentations for regional leadership
Translate complex data into clear, structured, and actionable insights
Tailor messaging and level of detail depending on the audience (local vs regional leadership)
- Strategic Projects (PMO)
Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives impacting growth and profitability
Ensure strong project governance, tracking, and execution discipline
Work closely with stakeholders across commercial, operations, and marketing teams
- Financial Planning & Analysis
Translate business drivers into bottom-up forecasts across key revenue and cost lines
Continuously track P&L actuals vs forecast and highlight risks & opportunities
Own the evaluation of funding and investment requests
Build and assess ROI models to support decision-making
- Business Analysis & Ad-hoc Requests

Strong numerical intuition and ability to translate data into business insights
Proven experience in financial forecasting, performance tracking, or consulting
Strong bottom-up estimation and problem structuring skills
