Roles & Responsibilities
1- The ability to follow proper payroll procedures.
2. The ability to actively participate in the day-to-day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
3. The ability to patrol the interior and exterior of the hotel and confront any situations or persons that require investigation.
4. The ability to handle and document guest and employee accidents, guest room lock problems, noise complaints, and any questionable individuals on the premises.
5. The ability to assist handicapped guests.
6. The ability to implement all policies, procedures and instructions regarding security and safety.
